CodeStream, Inc. (“CodeStream”) and New Relic, Inc. (“New Relic”) are excited to announce that they have entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition of CodeStream. The application of this DMCA Policy is contingent upon the successful completion of the transaction and will be effective as of immediately prior to the closing. For the avoidance of doubt, this DMCA Policy for CodeStream will be null and void if the transaction is not completed for any reason.
